Daiwa Roynet Hotel Chiba-chuo

We had a nice stay! Our family of 4 spent a total of 12 nights there. We paid extra for the breakfast each day and every time, the chef would recognize us and cooked special omelets for us! The rooms are clean, huge showers, great variety of food at breakfast, and just in front of Chiba Chuo station where you can easily connect to other cities. Countless restaurants inside said station. Right next to a 7 eleven, other supermarkets and 10 minutes away from Nishi-Chiba Catholic Church! Will definitely stay there again!

The hotel facilities and staff were great. More spacious than our previous rooms in Japan. Tip: We booked a double twin room. There’s a station, 7-11, Lawson, pharmacies and restaurants all within a minute walk. However this is not a tourist area. This hotel is in Chiba so you will spend alot of time in transit if most of your trip is planned for the Tokyo area. It’s about an hour via train to Disney and an hour and half or more to the main cities in Tokyo.

The location was good for people who don’t have car as it was right in front of the Chiba Chuo station and if you are traveling with car, this hotel offers parking space as well (with ~1600 yen fee). The receptionist was very attentive and welcoming. The hotel offers everything you needed, so it was a nice experience overall. I also wanted to give some extra points for how big the room was and how good the bathroom is! Three of us didn’t have much difficulty staying in the room at all. The breakfast was standard, but delicious :-)

This is my third time staying here, it’s my favourite hotel in Japan. Super comfortable in every way. Staff are always friendly and helpful, the amenities bar has lots of nice things including bath salts and good coffee. The bed is comfortable, the bath is AMAZING! The best in Japan! Excellent location for restaurants and transport, just a short walk to the bustle of Chiba Station area.

Because this was my very first-time visiting Japan, everything seemed pretty overwhelming at first. However, as each day passed, the easier it became for me to get more accustomed to the Japanese way of life. The staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke excellent English. The food was also delicious, and I had a great time seeing everything that surrounds the hotel.
